A few practical notes to help make your stay at Denton House simple from the start.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 2pm. Please contact Denton House in advance if you expect to arrive after 5pm. Check-out is by 10am. Early luggage drop-off or late arrival may be possible by prior arrangement.
Room use and bedding
Each bed is supplied with a pillow, sheet and duvet with cover. If you require exclusive use of a room, unused beds may need to be paid for. Dorm exclusivity is available by enquiry.
Group deposits and changes
The currently published terms say group bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit. They also describe moving a booking with at least three weeks’ notice. Please confirm the current terms with Denton House before paying a deposit.
Cancellation
The current published policy describes free cancellation up to midday on the day before arrival. Booking conditions can vary, so check the conditions shown for your specific booking.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement in selected rooms, with a published charge of £10. Confirm the room and current charge before booking.
Office and contact
The published office hours are Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm, and Sunday, 9am to 1pm. Call 01768 775 351 for help.
